UPDATE AS OF 28 NOV 2021: The PH backpedals on the implementation of below provision as part of the its preventive measure against Covid 19, following the developments regarding the Omicron variant. 

As per IATF Resolution 150-A, select foreign nationals are allowed to enter the PH sans Entry Exemption Documents (EED) or existing PH long-term visa from December 1 to 15, provided that they satisfy below conditions:

1. Should be a national of countries not required to secure entry visa to the PH

2. Should have received complete dose of Covid-19 vaccine and present acceptable proof of vaccination

3. Have stayed exclusively in a “Green” country for 14 days prior to arrival in the PH (Updated list of Green countries shall be posted once available)

4. Hold passports valid for 6 months from arrival date in the PH

5. Present an onward ticket

6. Negative RT PCR Test result taken within 72 hours prior to departure from country of origin.

Other Relevant Aspects:

  • For those traveling with minors: Testing and quarantine protocols for minors shall follow the ones for the accompanying adult, regardless of the minor’s vaccination status and country of origin.
  • Those who merely transited through “non-Green” countries (did not pass through Immigration) and just stayed within the airport shall not be considered to have stayed in said country.
  • While eligible travelers shall not be required to go through facility-based quarantine, they are strongly encouraged to self-monitor for Covid-19 related symptoms for 14 days from arrival in the PH
