Pursuant to Immigration Memorandum Circular No. 2025-003 (IMC 2025-003), Indian nationals may now enter the Philippines without the need to secure an entry visa, subject to the following guidelines:
14-Day Visa Free Entry for Indian Nationals
Conditions:
- The visit must be exclusively for tourism purposes.
- Stay is non-extendible and cannot be converted into another visa category or used for work permit application.
- The following must be presented upon arrival:

- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines
- Confirmed hotel or accommodation booking
- Proof of financial capacity in English (e.g. bank statements, certificate of employment, etc.)
- Onward/return ticket
- Proof of eTravel Registration

30-Day Visa Entry for AJACSSUK Visa/Permit Holders
Indian nationals holding a valid visa or permanent residence permit issued by any of the following countries–America, Japan, Australia, Canada, Schengen area, Singapore, or the United Kingdom (AJACSSUK)–may enter the Philippines visa-free for a maximum of 30 days, and increase from the previous 21-day allowance.
Conditions:
- The visit must be exclusively for tourism purposes.
- Stay is non-extendible and cannot be converted into another visa category or used for work permit application.
- The following must be presented upon arrival:

- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines
- A valid AJACSSUK visa or permanent residence permit
- Onward/return ticket
- Proof of eTravel Registration

Both visa-free entry privileges are subject to standard Philippine Immigration formalities and clearance against derogatory records maintained by the Bureau of Immigration.
