The Bureau of Immigration recently released Operations Order No. JHM-2020-002 “Supplemental Guidelines for Special Work Permit (SWP) Applications” wherein it sets additional requirements for SWP applicants who shall occupy Consultant or Specialist positions:
Age Requirement
The applicant must be at least 25 years old at the time of SWP filing.
Work Experience or Training and Educational Attainment
At least 2 years of relevant work experience or training related to the proposed position must be established. Below are required as supporting documents:
- Certified True Copy of Diploma or Certificate of Completion as attested by the authorized officer of the Petitioner Company
- Certificate of Training, Course Completion or Resume as attested by the authorized officer of the Petitioner Company
