As per IATF Res. No. 159, fully vaccinated and visa waived foreign nationals under EO 408 shall be allowed entry to the Philippines (PH) starting 10 February 2022 under certain conditions.
IATF Res. No. 165 itemized the conditions to be allowed entry to the PH for said visa waived nationals:
- Must produce acceptable proof of complete vaccination against Covid-19;
- Present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours OR negative lab-based Antigen test taken within 24 hours from departure from country of origin;
- Show valid onward ticket with intended departure date not later than 30 days* from date of arrival in the PH**;
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from arrival date in the PH;
- Holds a travel insurance for Covid-19 treatment with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000 for their stay in the PH
*Foreign nationals who shall enter using AJACSSUK visa should be produce onward ticket not later than 14 days from arrival in the PH
**Except for foreign spouses or children of Filipinos traveling to the PH with the Filipino spouse or parent.
