Foreign residents, students, investors, and workers with valid visa allowed to return to the PH effective May 1

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) released the guidelines related to the recent IATF Resolution No. 113 on foreign arrivals in the Philippines (PH) .  Effective 1 May 2021, the following foreign nationals may enter the PH with accompanying conditions:

With valid visa and valid entry exemption document from the DFA
  • Valid entry/9A visa
  • Valid SRRV
With valid visa
  • 9G, 9D, 9F, 13-series, TRV, 4702 BOI – should have valid ACR I-Card & SRC
  • EO226, 47a2 PEZA, SIRV
Traveling into the PH with Filipino spouse/parent (requires proof of filiation) or proof as “former Filipino”
  • Any foreign national from the 157 countries covered by EO 408 which satisfies the above condition
