The Bureau of Immigration (BI) released its guidelines for the 2025 Annual Reporting (AR) process. In accordance with the Alien Registration Act of 1950 (RA 562), all foreign nationals who were issued ACR I-Cards must report in person to the Bureau within the first sixty (60 days) of the year. Note that tourist I-Card holders need not to comply.

There are two (2) options for this upcoming AR: IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL REPORTING.

In-Person Annual Report

Requirements:

    1. Complete online registration at the BI e-services portal and save a copy of the generated reference number.
    2. Bring original passport, I-Card, and the copy of the reference number to any of the designated AR venues.
    3. Pay the in-person AR fee of Php310.00 (exclusive of any fines, if applicable)

Designated In-Person AR 2025 Venues

Mall – Based (Mon to Fri, 9AM to 6PM, excluding holidays):

    • Robinson’s Place Manila, 3rd level Center Atrium
    • SM Mall of Asia, Government Service Express Unit

BI Satellite Offices: Nationwide (During government office hours)

Virtual Annual Report

Requirements:

    1. Complete online registration and book an appointment at the BI e-services portal.
    2. Attend the appointment through the Google Meet link sent to the registered email.
    3. Pay the virtual AR fee of Php810.00 through Maya, GCash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or Landbank

The official AR receipt serves as proof of reporting for the specified year.
