Aside from Filipino nationals, below are the list of foreign nationals allowed to enter the Philippines subject to the conditions of the IATF:
- Spouses and minor children of Filipinos
- Children of Filipinos with special needs (regardless of age)
- Parent of minor Filipinos
- Parent of Filipino children with special needs (regardless of age)
- Officials of accredited foreign government and international organizations (includes their dependents)
- Airline crew members
- Seafarers with 9(c) visa
- Those with valid visas as follows:
- Section 9D – added as per IATF Resolution No. 84 dated 20 November 2020
- Section 13 (e.g. 13A, Quota, 13G)
- RA 7919
- EO324
- Native born
- Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) relative to Section 13 CA 613
- MCL-07-021 Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) based on Section 13(a) of CA 613 or PRV of Chinese national married to a Filipino
- EO226
- 47a2
- visas issued by the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone & Freeport Authority, and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority
Conditions for entry of the above foreign nationals:
- Must have a valid and existing visa at time of entry. For items 1 – 4 without a valid Philippine visa, they must secure an entry visa at the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate
- With pre-booked accredited quarantine facility
