In preparation for full implementation of paperless arrival/departure cards in Philippines ports, the Bureau of Immigration has announced that ALL travelers to and from the Philippines are required to register at eTravel at early as three (3) days but not later than three (3) hours prior to their flight. This applies to both traveling via air or sea.

The eTravel system requires registrants to log in their details such as flight details, passport details, etc. Once registered, the traveler needs to print or save the eTravel QR code which should be presented to the Immigration Officer at the Philippine airport.
