The Department of Labor and Employment and the Bureau of Immigration released Labor Advisory No. 16 and Advisory dated May 4, 2020, respectively. The said advisories state that all applications related to working permits and visas are still suspended.

Both agencies shall provide a grace period for working permits/visas that expired during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ):
Expired AEP during the ECQ: May be renewed within forty-five (45) working days from lifting of the ECQ, without penalty
Expired visas during the ECQ: May be extended within thirty days (30) days from lifting of the ECQ, without penalty
