All holders of active ACR I-Cards, excluding tourist I-Cards, are required to undergo the Annual Report for the year 2024, spanning from January 1, 2024 to March 1, 2024.
Annual Report (AR) 2024 Requirements
- Pre-register online via the Bureau of Immigration e-services portal to obtain the AR 2024 reference number.
- Personally appear at participating Immigration Offices and Satellite AR 2024 venues with the following documents:
- Valid original passport
- Original ACR I-Card (or claim stub with the official receipt for those whose I-Cards are still on process)
- Copy of the AR 2024 reference number from the online registrations
- Payment of the AR fee amounting to Php310.00
Exemptions from Personal Appearance
- Individuals below 14 years old
- Individuals age 60 years old and above
- Mentally or physically incapacitated individuals (authorized representatives should present a PWD ID)
- Pregnant women and those with medical conditions (must present a medical certificate)
Exempted individuals may appoint an authorized representative or get the services of accredited liaison officers (such as Avenida Law Office) to do the AR 2024 on their behalf. Authorized representatives must present a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and proof of exemption for points #3 and #4, in addition to the AR 2024 requirements.
